• A family of churches

Anthem Camarillo is part a family of churches helping people find their way back to God. The Anthem family of churches is united around shared mission, vision, values, and submission to the Lordship of King Jesus. In our cities, we are working to obey Jesus in helping people find their way back to God.

“The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan's Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.”

To join this mission work...

1. Buy a shoebox-sized plastic bin (families can use this for carrying water or keeping important items dry and protected from the weather)

2. Fill it with toys, toiletries, clothes, school supplies, tools and hygiene items specific to the gender and age for a child in one of the 3 age groups (2-4 years; 5-9 years; 10-14 years).

3. Label the box (age group and gender)

4. Add $16 to cover shipping and the discipleship course (12-lesson Bible-based discipleship course is $6; $10 is to help cover shipping costs.)

5. Bring it to Anthem on Sunday, November 23rd (or any Sunday before then). We will pray over the boxes and send them on their way to be vessels of hope and joy around the world.

International mission work the whole family can do from home!

Assembling a small gift enables us to share the gospel with a child and/or family through their community's local church, which can then connect and build relationships. Each box comes with a booklet of the gospel message that is taught to the children when they receive their gifts.
