• A family of churches

Anthem Camarillo is part a family of churches helping people find their way back to God. The Anthem family of churches is united around shared mission, vision, values, and submission to the Lordship of King Jesus. In our cities, we are working to obey Jesus in helping people find their way back to God.

Weekly Fast

As a church, we believe that the season leading up to Easter is a great opportunity to grow in the discipline of fasting. We thought this would be a unique opportunity to halt, catch our breath, and focus our attention on God, what he has done in Christ, and how he is calling us as a church to grow, as we anticipate Easter

This year we will be fasting 1 day a week for the month of March with our community groups if you are in them (if you are not in a group yet, this is a good time to jump into one, check out the groups here). Our hope is that we would fast from food and other non-necessary distractions (social media, personal electronic consumption), and feast on God.

We will provide a guide each week as we focus on certain areas. The guide for week one is at the bottom of the attached document below.

Tuesdays at 6:45am or 12:00pm

Midweek Prayer

Praying the Psalms. Join us Tuesday mornings from 6:45am-7:45am at Nick and Janell Jones’ house. (1440 Old Ranch Rd, Camarillo, CA 93012) We will spend time each week praying through a different Psalm, and learning how to pray scripture together. We’ll pray for one hour, but people are welcome to come and leave as their schedule allows. Please wear a mask when you arrive, dress warm and follow the signs around to the backyard.

We will also continue to meet on Zoom every Tuesday at 12:00pm. We will also be praying the Psalms. Everyone is invited to come and participate!

Fridays in March

"The Chosen" Viewing Nights

We will be watching the entire first season of "The Chosen" during the month of March at Jim and Christy Bailey's home, starting at 6:30pm. This is open for everyone! (Disclaimer for kids - Some of the content is a little intense, especially the first episode.) This is an incredibly well done series that helps shine light on the beauty and reality of Jesus in a fresh yet accurate way. This is not only available to folks in our church, but this a great opportunity to invite other friends.

Bring your own chairs, blankets, snacks or dinner! We will plan to watch two episodes each time. Please remember to wear a mask when arriving, mingling, and leaving.

Hope to see you there!

Giving & Generosity

  • GIVING AT ANTHEM

Giving cheerfully and sacrificially is a part of worship at Anthem. We give generously because God has first been generous to us. We dream of becoming a church marked by radical generosity. Ten percent of every dollar goes directly to supporting compassion and church planting work both globally and locally.
