• A family of churches

Anthem Camarillo is part a family of churches helping people find their way back to God. The Anthem family of churches is united around shared mission, vision, values, and submission to the Lordship of King Jesus. In our cities, we are working to obey Jesus in helping people find their way back to God.

hope. peace. joy. love.

As we approach the Advent season, we want to tap into the beautiful creative talents of our church family! Each of the four weeks leading up to Advent is focused on hope, peace, joy, and love respectively.

If any of these words resonates with you, we want to encourage you to express yourself by creating something to share! We are hoping to include and celebrate all sorts of creative expression - you could draw, write a poem, paint, sketch, draft a short story, compose a song, take a photograph, create a collage, do hand lettering, watercolor, quilt, sculpt, or exercise whatever creative gifts with which you have been blessed.

To share your creations, email Alex Greene. Please share by November 22.

in case you missed it...

This Sunday we continued our time in 1 Peter 3:8-17 with Austin Borders.

8:30-9:30am

Sundays

Join us on Zoom as we pray before our Sunday Livestream and Outdoor Home Gathering.

  • Often we feel like there is not enough time to be in the word daily. We want to equip you with tools to daily engage with God in his Word. We also want to do this as a community! Community Bible Reading (CBR) is not so much a sprint through the Bible but a way to create a daily rhythm in God's word. Download the 2021 plan below!

Vision Series

We just wrapped up our Vision Series, focused on the UP, IN, and OUT. If you missed one of those messages take some time to listen or re-listen below.

On Pause

In Person Gatherings

Through prayerful consideration we feel it is appropriate to put a pause on our in-person gatherings for 2-3 weeks.

The Bowcocks and Rutledge’s, who’ve generously been opening their home to us for the past 6 months, have asked for a four week break to catch their breath in order to continue to provide a healthy environment in their home amidst the surge of COVID right now in our county.

Another factor in this decision was our current COVID surge. Our hospitals are at capacity, doctors and nurses are exhausted, sadly many are dying, and many more are contracting the virus daily. We need to do our best to continue to love our families, neighbors, and hospital workers as best we can during this time. This is not a move of fear, but a move motivated by love. Please continue to take appropriate precautions and play your role in loving our neighbors well during this difficult time.

We will continue to seek God’s face on this and keep you informed along the way. We love you, are thankful for you, and are praying for you. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to or elders at camarilloelders@anthemchurch.org

February 21 - 7:30pm

New things for

Anthem Kids

Kids Corner - ‘Kids Corner’ is a weekly 5-10 minute section of our morning at the in-person gathering. Kids stay with their families for a time that is designed specifically to engage kids and will include a variety of object lessons, kids’ songs, and memory verses.

Weekly Curriculum - Curriculum is emailed to you on a weekly basis, the lessons runs on a Monday-Sunday schedule. We encourage you to do it any day of the week – it doesn’t have to be on Sundays! Just try to find a regular point in your week to do it with you kids. You can choose between a shortened (5-10 min) Snack Time Bible Lesson or the Full Curriculum.
